As a social entrepreneur, change maker, social impact designer and photographer, the goal and focus of my work is to ignite social change and make a difference.
I am passionate, energetic and driven.
I have worked for large international organizations, such as The World Bank and various UN agencies,, as well as for non-profits, small and large businesses, independent artists and magazines. I hold a MA in Social Design from the Maryland Institute of Art (MICA), a Diploma in professional photography from The Washington School of Photography (WSP) and a MA in Communication from the University of Bonn/Germany.
The aim for my VISUAL STORYTELLING projects is to connect to the audience, using the power of the image. Evoking emotions and empathy, so the viewer can relate to or understand the story told. Personal stories are the best, as the human one-to-one connection is the strongest, the deeper the emotion, the stronger the engagement.
As for portrait photography, I like to keep it simple but powerful. I let the face speak. My goal is to show the essence of a person.
I like the beauty of simplicity.
A story. Your story.
No assignment is too small or too big. Can't wait to hear from you!
